Our customer is looking for a HR Specialist to be based in Farnborough to look after benefits process for UK and Ireland. Ideally looking for a candidate who has experience of managing HR processes for a business entity. Please note that this role will require regular travel to Ireland. If you wish to apply for this role, you must have flexibility to travel, when required.
You plan, setup and steer the Build phases in alignment with project functions including the specification alignment and input of T- NSG and V-NSG Vehicles and steer the adherence through the project meetings. Covering the T requirements for content validations across desired vehicles (Inc E/T and V vehicles). You are also responsible for the delivery of Key KPI’s relating to Launch and F2 adherence for CR-T-x. You are responsible to liaise and arrange the shipping of NSG vehicles.
Reporting to the Data & Analytics Manager, you will be supporting the delivery of our next generation analytics platform, by leading and coaching the product team in the application of our customer’s Agile Working Model, including the planning of all required ceremonies, coaching on required practices and processes, removal of obstacles and guidance and support the Product Owner.
