Location: Farnborough
Job type: Contract – inside IR35 – PAYE Umbrella only
Salary: £16.64 ph – £20.95 ph PAYE Umbrella – depending on experience
Duration: 8 month contract
Main Duties:
* Job description updates
* Tracking of documents
* Filing of electronic documents
* Proof reading documents for consistency and accuracy
* Booking meetings
* Production of letters
* Note taking at meetings
* Organising workshops
* Policy review and alignment
* Raising workflows
* HR admin and processes
* Conduct credit and background checks
Skills and experience required:
* Organisation and planning skills
* Attention to detail Self-starter and able to work in an ambiguous environment
* Ability to work with confidential info and maintain confidentiality
* High level of Resilience
* Previous HR administration exp.
* Preferred Understanding of Collective and Individual consultation processes
* SAP for HR exp desirable
* Confident on the phone
