The role Description:

The global Roadside Assistance Programme provides a 24 hour, 365 days a year support network in the case where a vehicle fails to proceed (vehicle breakdown). Our roadside assistance partners will uplift the vehicle to the nearest dealer partner if it cannot be fixed at the roadside and will provide our clients with onwards mobility from a range of options.

The Roadside Assistance Specialist is responsible for end-to-end management of the global Roadside assistance service. This includes:
* Provision of roadside assistance in relevant markets,
* Compliant customer data transfer,
* Management of service providers to ensure SLA and terms defined in the contract are being delivered,
* Operational management of escalated customer cases,
* Management of supplier invoicing,
* Programme cost analysis and reporting.

The Roadside Assistance Specialist is also a key contributor in the development and implementation of strategic programs and communication channels designed to increase customer satisfaction through roadside assistance.

Roadside Assistance Specialist experience and key accountabilities:

* Comprehensive understanding of automotive dealership commercial aftersales business management
* Minimum of 2-3 years automotive industry experience or dealer network experience
* Strong communication skills, able to sustain relationships in different regions, time zones
* Experience with handling commercial negotiations with internal departments and external suppliers
* Experience with managing service providers to ensure SLA and terms defined in the contract are being delivered
* Experience with managing escalated Client cases and liaising with internal departments and service providers
* Experience with the analysis of data analysis and identifying cost saving areas
